Wedding photography
This is exciting stuff. Here are the best photos from my first wedding portrait session. The wedding was shot on a perfect, sunny Vancouver April day. The sun allowed for a great mix of bright, flare shots and in-shade beautifully softened lighting. Perfect.
The wedding was set @ the charming Beach House right on the waterfront in West Vancouver's Dundarave area.
Technically speaking
The day was shot entirely with Nikdon D700 coupled one of three primes: Nikon 35mm f2, Nikon 50mm f1.4 G or the Nikon 85mm f1.4. To control the harsh light, most shots are spot or center-weighted to get the right subject exposure.
